How accurate is the AI? Can we trust it?

Every answer includes a citation linked to the source document and clause. If it can't find the answer, it says so. It won't fabricate. Every import feature has human-in-the-loop review, so nothing gets imported without a person verifying the content first. Everything the AI produces is fully editable. Nothing is permanent because the AI said so.

Where does our data go? What about privacy?

Documents are stored in a Canadian-hosted database. Each building's data is fully isolated and never accessible from another building's workspace. You own all your data with full export at any time. The platform is designed with PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA obligations in mind.

How long does it take to onboard a new building?

Upload your documents (bylaws, rules, minutes, financials, contracts) and the system auto-classifies and indexes them. A building can be live quickly. For repeat imports from the same format, the system remembers the template.

Does this integrate with existing PM software like Yardi?

Yes. The budget module can export a Yardi-compatible CSV, so when a board approves next year's budget in Condo Compass, that data flows directly into Yardi without manually re-entering line items. No double entry, no transcription errors. Your team helps us prioritize which workflows come next.

Will this replace property managers?

The Condo Compass handles repetitive information requests: the same bylaw question asked 50 different ways, the "when did we decide X" searches through years of minutes. It frees property managers to focus on vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and board relationships. The work that requires judgment.

What happens if Alchemic Digital shuts down?

Built on standard, well-supported technology: React, PostgreSQL, standard cloud infrastructure. Nothing proprietary that couldn't be maintained by any competent developer. We're open to support agreements, documentation handoffs, or white-label arrangements as the relationship scales.

What does this cost?

We're offering a no-cost pilot to prove value first. Real documents, real usage, measurable results. For broader rollout, pricing is per-building per month, scaled to portfolio size. We'd rather let pilot data drive the pricing conversation than work from hypotheticals.
